Do I have to tell anyone about the letters' existence?

How do you store our letters?
Your letters will be stored on our server; we use the Geo Trust security package which will ensure data transferred to our server goes through a minimum of a 128 bit encryption process.

Can I log in and log out as many times as I like?
Absolutely! The whole idea of having this service online is that you can write the letters in more than one take. We want you to be able to immediately pick up from where you left off.

What if my certificate gets lost or can't be found?
That's no problem. If you lose the certificate you can reprint one through your login page. Should a recipient lose it we'll just ask for further identification from them, in order to grant access.

What if I change my email?
As this is your login into your account any changes must be updated. This is available through your login page. A new certificate can be printed with your new details on it.

What if I have two families?
Under these circumstances we suggest you set up two separate accounts, and then leave the details with the appropriate family.
